The return policy of Beit El Gomla allows the return of products within 14 days from the date of purchase, except for fresh products, which are eligible for return within 24 hours only, and is valid provided that the following terms are complied with:

The product is new and in its original condition.

The product is in resale condition; consumable components, accessories, or gifts are still sealed with the packaging and all packing materials included.
Based on this, the product is exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase or within 24 hours only for fresh products.
Products purchased through the website or mobile application can be returned and/or exchanged by coordinating with Beit El Gomla customer service by calling the hotline 15677.
Please make sure that the returned product(s) is attached with the order confirmation letter and the receipt or electronic invoice.
The decision to refund the price of the product will vary according to each case separately, based on specific criteria.
If the product is not available, the full price will be refunded to the customer. The amount will be refunded within the agreed period.
The price will be refunded at the same amount it was sold for.
Refunds are made according to the original payment method:

Credit/debit cards: The amount will be refunded within 14 to 30 days, depending on each bank's policies and the date of the refund request.

Cash payments: Refunds will be processed immediately at the nearest Beit El Gomla store, after reviewing the product condition and providing the order number.

Online credit card payments: Refunds will be processed to the same card used in the transaction.
If you received a defective product (damaged, missing parts, or visibly flawed), it can be returned or exchanged or refunded after inspection and approval by the branch.
If the customer paid in cash, they can request a refund after coordinating with customer service to complete the process.
If the customer paid via credit card, the refund will be transferred to the same account within the period determined by the finance department, and a confirmation message will be sent via the customer service team.
